Caglar is a hardworking and engaged person. I had the pleasure of working with him and experience his commitment first-hand when we sought to push our student union to new heights. The organization (ODDS) has never looked sharper nor has it been this pro-active and I believe this is largely due to Caglar's passion for his fellow students, his drive to improve the environment around him and his strong work ethic. I've rarely come across a person as disciplined and hard-working as Caglar.
Giving Caglar responsibility was always an easy decision. I could always count on him and the job would always get done well and on time.
I can only give Caglar my highest recommendations.

In was on a team with Caglar during Carat Case Competition 2017. In the competition, Caglar participated actively in the process, and he evidently wholeheartedly went into the task. During the entire course, he gave it everything he could even though we were pushed to the extremes. Furthermore, Caglar was good at maintaining an overview. He was a great collaborator, and he made sure that everyone was able to share their opinion.
Caglar was really good at incorporating his abilities as a designer into the work, especially when the concept had to be visualized and when the presentation should be made. Thanks to Caglar the presentation of the concept became simple, easy to understand and really pretty. Caglar clearly has a great understanding of design, creativity, and collaboration.
I view Caglar as an active student, who engages himself in both his studies and his fellow students. I have myself used Caglar both for competent feedback and guidance in regards to our studies and exams. I have never doubted that fact that I can approach Caglar if I was to have any practical, course-relevant og personal questions.
Caglar is a very curious person, and therefore, he constantly seeks new knowledge. For the same reasons, he is very engaged in everything he does and goes wholeheartedly into any task.
Both in terms academics and socially do I consider Caglar able to take initiative, and he always makes sure everyone thrives and is doing well. Simultaneously, he has academic support for many during exam periods which shows his surplus of mental resources.
I give Caglar all my best recommendations.

Through my work at the Arts Council, the Student Council for Arts at Aarhus University, and the Student Council at Aarhus University, I have worked with Caglar under different circumstances. I would like to personally recommend Caglar because he is a great collaborator.
He is very structured and has a good sense of order in the projects he works at. Simultaneously, he is creative, shows initiative and he loves to make an effort in the work he does. He possesses a curiosity that not only does help him come into contact with many people around him, it also helps him learn and develop himself in this way. He has a good ability to understand other people and he is well-liked among people. Furthermore, Caglar has a good work ethic and great courage, which can only appreciate by any volunteers.
While developers tend to start coding as soon as they face a problem; Caglar proved to me at AUHack’17 that starting projects off with a thorough problem identification and brainstorming process plays an important role towards a successful end result.
It was particularly beneficial in two ways. First of all every member of our team ended up on the exact same page working towards the same goal. Secondly our product ended up solving the core problem that our idea based on instead of the symptoms.
Caglar is an engaged, hard-working and determined student at Digital Design, and he is not afraid to share his opinion.
